You've Planned The Event...But Who's Going To Deliver It?
When most people start planning an event, the focus naturally goes to the things you can see. The venue, the entertainment, the food, the stage design, the lighting, the visuals. It is where the vision starts to come together and, understandably, it is where most of the energy goes.
What often gets less attention, though, is something that arguably matters just as much: the people who are actually going to make all of it happen.

The Service Circle
In production design and live events, nothing really works on its own.
A successful project is never just one service doing its job. It is a combination of different stages working together, each one supporting the next. That is where our idea of the Service Circle comes in.
At Phantom Production Design, we do not see our services as separate offerings. We see them as one connected system that carries a project from the first conversation all the way through to long term support.
