How We Do It

Initial Consultation

We will arrange a free consultation on how we can assist you with your project. Outline key points to focus on, and discuss initial core values of the project. This will include a brain storming session with our design team to discuss the venues potential.

Site Visit

Following our initial consultation, we will arrange a site visit with yourself and our design team to discuss venue restrictions, confirm dimensions, and adjust any design aspects if required.

Concept Design

Once our design team have your vision and have seen the space, they will produce a concept design.

Budget and Refinement

Following the discussion on our design submission, we can then discuss budget restraints, and refine our design, to fit.

Delivery & Handover

Work alongside our installation team, all the way through the the handover of the venue/system and training.

Do I need to know what I want before I contact you?

Not at all. That’s exactly what our design and consultancy service is for. Whether you have a clear vision or are starting from scratch, we’ll guide you through the options, explain what’s possible, and help shape the right solution for your space or event.

Q - Can you work with existing equipment?

A - Absolutely. We’re happy to assess your existing setup and design solutions that enhance or integrate with what you already own. We’ll advise honestly on what’s usable and where upgrades might make sense.

Q - Do you provide installation as well as design?

A - Yes. We can provide a full end-to-end service including supply, installation, and commissioning of all equipment we specify — or we can work in partnership with your preferred contractors if needed.

Q - How much does your design and consultancy service cost?

A - It depends on the scale and complexity of the project. For smaller projects, we may offer fixed-fee packages or even free consultations. For larger or more technical briefs, we’ll provide a clear, itemised proposal upfront — no hidden costs.
