"Phantom PD was born out of a belief that clients deserve more than ‘just another AV supplier’. We set out to give a better service, while opening the door for the next generation of event professionals."
Phantom PD was founded with a simple vision to raise the standard of support clients receive while creating opportunities for the next generation of live event professionals. After years of seeing clients left unheard or under-served we set out to build a company that puts people first. That means listening carefully to every brief, tailoring our solutions and going the extra mile to deliver events, installations and experiences that exceed expectations. At the same time we are passionate about opening the doors of our industry to young people giving them hands-on experience and real pathways into careers in live events industry. For us it is not just about technology and equipment it is about people, relationships and creating something that lasts.

Lead Director
With over 13 years of experience in the AV industry, I’m proud to lead Phantom Production Design alongside a skilled and dedicated team. Together, we’ve built a reputation for delivering innovative and reliable AV solutions for event organizers, theatre companies, and corporate clients.
My passion for creating unforgettable experiences drives everything we do at Phantom PD. Whether it’s designing immersive lighting for a theatre production, setting up intricate audio-visual systems for a corporate event, or building sensory
rooms, my team and I are committed to exceeding expectations at every stage of the process.
We thrive on collaboration and creativity, and I take great pride in the attention to detail we bring to every project. From the initial planning stages to the final execution, our goal is always the same: to bring your vision to life and ensure your event is seamless and impactful.​

Shannon Hampshire
Executive Director
Executive Director of Phantom Production Design, I have the privilege of leading a talented team dedicated to transforming ideas into bold, impactful designs. My role combines leadership with hands-on creative direction, from shaping concepts at the earliest stages to ensuring the final delivery meets the highest standards.
A key part of my work is supporting the next generation of designers. I’m passionate about mentoring young creatives, helping them develop their skills and the confidence to thrive in this industry. ​
Guiding new talent alongside delivering exceptional projects is what makes this role so rewarding.
For me, Phantom Production Design is more than a production company, it’s a collaborative space where creativity and professionalism come together to produce work that truly inspires.
