Artists and performers need accurate information, a clear schedule and a professional point of contact. Good liaison protects the performer experience while making sure technical and operational requirements are realistic for the event.
Phantom Production Design gathers riders, travel information, arrival times, dressing-room needs, guest lists and technical requirements. Details are checked with the venue and production design so conflicts can be resolved well before the artist arrives.
On the day, liaison connects arrival, accreditation, hospitality, sound checks, stage calls and departure. Performers know where to go and who to speak to, while production teams receive confirmed information about timings and changes.
This role is valuable for festivals, gala dinners, corporate events and live performances with several contributors. Phantom PD can manage communication from initial booking through to the final stage call, allowing organisers to maintain strong artist relationships without losing focus on the wider event.
