Event health and safety should guide the design and delivery process from the beginning. It is not simply a collection of documents: it is the practical system used to identify risks, assign responsibilities and keep guests, workers and performers safe.
Phantom Production Design supports organisers with Event Management Plans, risk assessments, method reviews, site plans, emergency arrangements and contractor coordination. Documentation is developed around the actual event rather than relying on generic templates.
Key considerations may include crowd movement, temporary structures, work at height, electrical systems, fire safety, weather, vehicle movements, accessibility, noise and safeguarding. Controls must be communicated through briefings, inductions and clear management arrangements on site.
For public events, we can also support Safety Advisory Group engagement and liaison with venues or local authorities. Our combined production and operational experience helps ensure safety decisions remain realistic, proportionate and integrated with the way the event will actually run.
