It transforms an empty venue, field or public space into a functional environment for audiences, staff, performers and emergency services.
Stage 1: Define the Operational Requirements
The organiser begins with the event format, capacity, programme and operating hours. These decisions determine the number of entrances, toilets, barriers, power supplies, structures, staff areas and audience facilities required.
Stage 2: Survey and Design the Site

Stage 7: Remove and Reinstate
The removal schedule normally reverses the build sequence. Equipment is isolated, cleared and collected while safe vehicle and pedestrian routes are maintained. The site is then inspected for damage, waste and reinstatement requirements.
