Phantom Production Design supports theatre shows, concerts and live productions with production planning, technical design, stage management, schedules, crewing and equipment. We work with creative teams to understand the intention of the show before building the practical delivery plan.

Rehearsals, sound checks, scene changes, cues and performer calls are coordinated around venue access and available production time. Technical systems are tested as a whole and clear communication keeps departments aligned during the performance.

Our experience spans sound, lighting, video, staging and show operation, allowing us to identify dependencies early and provide one coordinated technical team. Phantom PD can support a single performance, a run of shows or a complete production from concept through final curtain.
